  • A one time payment of $35.00 to reserve your Expo Space. If we have to cancel, your registration fee, less $3.00 processing fee, will be refunded through the method you paid.
  • A one time payment of $30.00 to reserve your Expo Space. If we have to cancel, your registration fee, less $3.00 processing fee, will be refunded through the method you paid.

2023 CINDERELLA CLASSIC/CHALLENGE VENDOR EXPO

When: Saturday, April 15th, 2023 (rain or shine, no make-up day, no refunds!)

Where: Las Positas College

3033 Campus Hill Drive

Livermore, CA 94551

Hours of Operation:

  • Set up between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
  • Expo is open until 4:00 p.m.
Space:
  • The Expo is on the large concrete patio area located at building 1600 where all riders will return for food & refreshment.
  • All spaces are outdoors, no inside space.
  • There are a few electrical connections.
  • There is no vehicle access to the patio area.
  • Vendor parking will be in lot 'C', approximately 100 yards from building 1600.

Provisions:

  • Pop-up canopies, tables and chairs provided by exhibitor.
  • Space will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
