RIDE DETAILS

This is an out of area ride, that starts in Carmichael California (at Bella Bru Cafe - 5038 Fair Oaks Blvd,  Carmichael Ca) and follows the upper 2/3's of the American River Parkway - Jedediah Smith Memorial Trail to Folsom lake's Beals Point Recreation Area.  We are not riding the lower 1/3 of the American River Trail because of numerous problems plaguing that area - homeless encampments, car break-ins and catalytic converter thefts. The ride starts at the corner of Ardent Way and Fair Oaks Blvd in a shopping center that local bike riders recommend. Use Bella Bru Cafe's address for Google Maps.  Depending on traffic, the drive will be about one hour and twenty minutes.

Arrive in time to be ready to ride at 9:30 a.m.

A turn-by-turn Ride with GPS route will be available at least 48 hours before the ride. Please print your own cue sheet.

NOTE: The ride organizer requires that you be fully vaccinated and boosted (if eligible) against Covid-19 to participate in this ride. If asked you should be prepared to show proof of vaccination.
