RIDE DETAILS
Join us on Saturday 9/24 starting at 8:30 a.m. for a 38 mile ride from the Sycamore Valley Park and Ride lot in Danville, CA to Livermore and back. The current forecast shows a high of 92 degrees F. so we will start a bit early. See the link to the ridewithgps route below.
Mileage and Rating: 38 miles 2-3 L/M with 1559 ft. elevation. This is a no-drop ride with two regroups and an additional coffee break at the Starbucks on the corner of N. Livermore Ave. and Portola Ave.
Start Time: 8:30 a.m. Please arrive 15 minutes early for ride preparation, check in, and safety briefing.
Start and End Location: Sycamore Valley Park and Ride Lot right off highway 680 and Sycamore Valley Road (not to be confused with Sycamore Valley Park)
You must register online on the VSBC website or via the Wild Apricot app in order to participate in the ride. Please bring your own route sheet as I will not have any paper copies. You do not need to be a VSBC member, but we appreciate your support if you intend to ride with us often.
In case of cancellation due to rain or any other reason, an email will be sent the day before the ride.
