Rodrigues Park - Mines Rd.

For those of you wanting a ride close to town this weekend, the weather looks perfect for a ride out Mines Road in Livermore on Saturday.  We will be staging from Ernie Rodriquez Park on the corner of S. Livermore and Concannon at 8:30. Please be sure to arrive at 8:15 so we can roll out at 8:30.  There are no facilities on Mines Road once you pass Murrieta’s Well (unless you decide to go all the way to the Junction where there is a café).  Please be sure to bring plenty of fuel and fluids (at least two water bottles).  This is a no drop ride and the 30 mile course will be swept.   Of course, Mines Road is easily added on to by riding to the Junction or Mt. Hamilton.
