WAW (Wednesday After Work) is a Wed. evening training ride series leaving from Les Knott Park in Livermore.
Doug will lead a B paced ride intended to get the heart rate up quickly and keep it there for an hour. This week we will head over Greeenville and out past Wente. This is not a no drop ride.
For those looking for something more tame, Janet will lead a leisurely paced ride to Wente.
