WAW (Wednesday After Work) is a Wed. evening training ride series leaving from Les Knott Park in Livermore.
Doug will lead a B paced ride intended to get the heart rate up quickly and keep it there for an hour. This week we are doing a bunch of out and backs in north Livermore.
Janet is out of town this week so there will not be a short ride this week.
Meet at the park at 655 N. Mines Rd.
