Shannon Park - Redwood Road, Grizzly, Three Bears

A Option - entire route  - Brisk Pace

B Option - entire route - Moderate Pace

C Option - Moraga Loop only (40-ish miles)

This ride is part of the Death Ride training series.  However, please note the ride can be shortened to accommodate riders wanting a less challenging ride.  This ride begins in Shannon Park in Dublin and ascends Dublin Canyon Road into Castro Valley.  The first regroup will be at the tennis complex on Heyer in Castro Valley.  We will then climb Redwood Road.  For those wanting a shorter route, you can complete the more traditional Redwood Road into Moraga loop.  For those continuing towards Grizzly, the second regroup will be at Sibley Volcanic Park.  After Sibley, there are few opportunities for restrooms and refueling until you get to Pleasant Hill, so please plan accordingly.  

This is a challenging ride in it's entirety, so please come prepared.
