6:30 pm Livermore 'WAW' (Wed. After Work) ride

WAW (Wednesday After Work) is a Wed. evening training ride series leaving from Les Knott Park in Livermore. 

This week we are adding a third option to fill the gap between the fast ride and Janet's ride.

Doug will lead a 25 mile B paced ride intended to get the heart rate up quickly and keep it there for an hour.  This is not a no drop ride.

Mystery Host will lead a 20 mile M paced ride.

Janet will lead a 17 mile L paced ride for anyone looking for something a bit more tame.

Meet at the park at 655 N. Mines Rd.
