    Wendy Cosin and friends will lead a group from Heather Farm every Mon. and Wed. morning. Monday rides will be shorter (25-35 miles) and more leisurely paced. Wednesday rides will be about 35-45 miles at a moderate pace. There will be a coffee or lunch stop on all rides. Meet at Heather Farm Park in Walnut Creek. Take I-680 to Ygnacio exit and go east; turn left at San Carlos Road into Heather Farm; go 1/3 of a mile and park in the lot by the far ball fields on the right.

    2-M 20-25 miles 

    Monday and Thursday morning ride starting at Livermore Cyclery in Dublin (in shopping center at the SW corner of San Ramon Rd. and Amador Valley Blvd.).  Route will be determined by the participants. This is a good ride for someone getting back to riding after a lay off for any reason. Be sure to let me know so I can tailor the ride otherwise you should expect a 14-18 mph pace. This is a social ride involving a Peet's Coffee stop.

    Sunday February  18th 2018 Time: 9:30am Downtown Pleasanton & 10:15am Ernie Rodriguez Park in Livermore.

    Start/End:  Two options are available from two different stating areas, 

    Ernie Rodriguez Park at the intersection of S. Livermore Ave and Concannon Blvd in Livermore 

    Wayside Park at the intersection of First and Neal in Pleasanton.

    The longer ride will start at 9:30am and ride towards Ernie Rodriguez Park to join the second group at 10:15am.

    Join Charles for a Feathers Pedal Friendly ride around Livermore from Blacksmith Square.  Ride up Collier Canyon and around north Livermore to Starbucks on Vasco Rd. Then return via Greenville and Patterson Pass Rd and through the Vineyards.

    Starting from Shannon Park in Dublin, we'll ride to 5 Canyons in Hayward and return through Castro Valley.  After we've passed the highest point of the ride, we'll divert our route to Bailey Ranch Road to get onto a trail, which offers a nice view of the Bay Area.  Please note that this diversion is not on the route map as this trail isn't available on Google Maps.

    Del Puerto Canyon Century.

    Come join us for this century ride out Corral Hollow towards Patterson. 

    The ride begins with a steady warm up and climb up Tesla.  We then descend Corral Hollow towards Tracy.  After crossing Highway 5, we will head south towards Patterson where we will regroup and refuel at the Starbucks.  

    We will then return via Del Puerto Canyon and Mines Road.  This is a challenging ride with limited opportunity for refueling. However, Raines Park is about midway on Del Puerto on the left and has water and restrooms. Also, there is a spring water fountain on the left side of the road few miles from the “wall”.

    Please come prepared with water and fuel.  There is also limited cell service, so please bring a buddy to ride with.

    Note: Bathrooms at Ernie Rodrigues Park may be locked at the time of departure.

    Join us for a social Tandem ride along the south and north parts of the Livermore Valley.   

    Route will take us through town towards S. Livermore Ave, Tesla Rd, Cross Rd, & Greenville before our mid ride rest stop. Then we are heading north along N. Livermore, Highland, Carneal, and our return via Collier Canyon.

    Meet at the Livermore Airport Terminal Parking lot, located just across the old terminal building.  Exit 580 @ Airport Blvd and right on Terminal Cir.  We may get together after ride for lunch at an agreeable place in downtown based on attendees interest. Bring money for coffee or lunch.

    The 42nd Cinderella Classic/Challenge/Short
    Saturday, April 14, 2018

    EXCLUSIVELY for Women and Girls!
    This unique bicycle tour for women of all ages and abilities winds through the Amador, Livermore, Diablo and San Ramon Valleys. The Classic route is a metric-century (65 miles/105k) and is mostly flat with a few moderate hills. The Short route is a 25 miles/40k flat route.  The Challenge route (85 miles/137k) is for fit experienced riders only. The Challenge route has an additional 2,000 feet of elevation gain with significant ascents/descents. Entry to the Challenge route is monitored and closes at 1:30 p.m.

    From the Start at Las Positas College in Livermore, the Classic and Challenge routes go north on Collier Canyon Rd., then northwest and along the base of beautiful Mt. Diablo, circles to the south through Pleasanton and through the vineyards of Livermore, to finish back at Las Positas College. Charming Princes will be at three rest/food stops along the way with a cold lunch at the second stop. Catered food is served at the end of the ride. Our SAG service patrols the route to provide rider assistance if required. A Cinderella Ride Patch is awarded to every rider. So leave your Prince Charming at home and enjoy a special day!

    WOMEN and GIRLS ONLY! - No male riders allowed on the course

    When: Saturday, April 14, 2018 (rain or shine, no make-up day, no refunds!)

    Where: Las Positas College, Livermore, CA
    From I-680 traveling North or South take I-580 exit and go East toward Livermore.  Exit I-580 at Isabel Ave. and head north.  At Portola Ave. continue straight onto Campus Hill Drive.  Las Positas College (3000 Campus Hill Drive, Livermore, CA) is at the top of the hill. Follow Signs. Park as directed.
    Cost: $65.00 - Cinderella Classic and Challenge advanced registration 
    $75.00 Day of registration - payment by cash, credit card, check or Apple Pay.
    Includes parking, Cinderella patch, rest stops, lunch along the way, SAG support, plus post ride catered food and vendor Expo. A route map and wrist band will be provided. No refunds.

    Cost: $35.00 - Cinderella Short advanced registration
    $40.00 Day of Registration-payment by cash, credit card, check or Apple Pay.
    Includes parking, Cinderella patch, 1 rest stop, SAG support, plus post ride catered food and vendor Expo. A route map and wrist band will be provided. No refunds.

    On April 10th, all registered riders will receive a Cinderella Confirmation e-mail and a link to your Release/Waiver form.  
    Print and bring the Confirmation e-mail, a completed release/waiver form AND a legal picture ID to rider check-in on April 14th.

    You will receive your Cinderella wrist band, and route map.

    If you forget to bring your Release/Waiver form or proper ID, 
    your ride start may be delayed.

    Time: Gates open at 6:00 a.m. Rider Check-in open between 6:00 to 9:00 a.m.  COURSE OPENS AT 7 a.m.,  PLEASE DO NOT START BEFORE 7, NO ROUTE SUPPORT BEFORE 7.  ALL RIDERS SHOULD BE ON THE COURSE BY 9:00 a.m.  Cinderella is NOT a Race. Course closes at 5:00 p.m.

    Support: There will be SAG support patrolling the route if you need assistance. Rest stops will have fruit, drinks and snacks, plus a cold lunch will be served at mid-point. Catered food is served at the end of the ride.

    Family/Friends: Your spouse, family and friends are welcome to meet you at the finish and all are invited to The Cinderella Expo where bicycle manufacturers, clothing suppliers and women’s organizations will have booths.

    The Cinderella Classic/Challenge is the original 
    women/girls only recreational bicycle ride.

    The Cinderella Classic/Challenge Expo is a unique opportunity to market your product to 2,500 female bicyclists, their riding spouses, partners, family and friends.

    Demonstrate and sell your products, promoting them to an enthusiastic buying group.

    Take I-580 EAST toward Stockton

    Set up between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
    Expo is open between 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

    Space:
    Vendor Area (gray area between buildings 1600 & 1700).
    The Expo is on a concrete quad where all riders will return for food & refreshment.
    All spaces are outdoors, no inside space. There are a few electrical connections.
