TOSRD Registration Open

Tour of the Sacramento River Delta

TOSRD 2008 is on September 27-28.
We are now accepting registrations.

The Valley Spokesmen Touring Club invites you to venture with us on September 27-28 onto the levee back roads of the Sacramento River Delta during our 24th Tour of the Sacramento River Delta (TOSRD), an overnight bicycle tour from Brannan Island State Park to the state capital and back. All you have to do is check in your gear at the starting point, and it will be waiting for you in Sacramento when you arrive. Enjoy the sights - delta levees, ferry, and more! The route is flat both days with headwinds probable on Sunday. There will be 13 hours of daylight. On both days, all stragglers will be picked up by 4:30 p.m. Each day you pedal about 60 miles.

Read the TOSRD details page!

The cost is only $90.00 per individual (double occupancy), and $200.00 for a family of 2 adults and minor children. Registration is limited to 150 entries, and we sell out quickly each year, so please register early!
