Registering

Cinderella 2009 is scheduled for March 28, 2009. We will mail the registration forms during the week of January 19th, 2009. We accept them in order of return postmark date, not arrival date. All registered Cinderella Classic 2008 riders, as well as those women who missed the 2008 cut-off, are already on our 2009 mailing list. We mail a bright green confirmation card in mid-February to all registered riders.

The Alameda County Fairgrounds is a terrific place to stage an event as popular as our Cinderella Classic Bicycle Ride. While they offer convenient parking, you will want to arrive an hour or two before the ride so that you can check your bike, make sure you have everything you need, etc.

Hotel Accomodations

Ask for the Cinderella Rate!
The Radisson Hotel and Spa offers a Cinderella Classic rate of $79/night (single or double) with complimentary breakfast buffet.
Spa Bella day spa offers pre or post-Cinderella pampering for guests of the hotel. The Radisson is located at 6680 Regional Street in Dublin. Do not make reservations online, but rather call the reservation hotline at 925-828-7750.
The Holiday Inn Express offers a Cinderella Classic rate of $69/night. The hotel is located at at 6275 Dublin Blvd in Dublin. Call them at 925-828-9393.
AmeriSuites, a Hyatt affiliate, offers a Cinderella rate of $75/night. The hotel is located at at 4950 Hacienda Drive in Dublin. Call Amerisuites at 925-828-9006.
There are other hotels in the Dublin/Pleasanton/Livermore area. Searching the Web on your computer will help you find the lodging you need.

RV overnight parking

RV Overnight Parking: RV parking with hook-up is available on the fairgrounds. For more information, see the RV Camping page on the Alameda County Fairgrounds web site.

Transferring Your Registration

Before March 27th

E-mail your name and address, along with the name, address, home phone number and emergency contact phone number of the person to whom you are transferring your registration, to b-bpowers@worldnet.att.net with the words ‘Cinderella Classic Transfer’ in the subject line. We will send a green confirmation card to your replacement and place your name on our mailing list for The Cinderella Classic/Challenge 2009.

After March 27th

Have your replacement person bring your Confirmation Card to the ‘Change’ desk at Cinderella check-in on April 5th. We will transfer the regisitration and place your name on the mailing list for The Cinderella Classic/Challenge 2009.
